Due to business growth, we currently are seeking appropriately qualified candidates for the following position based in Tangerang office:

Position : IT Programmer Staff

Responsibilities:

  • Develop web-based application using c# and asp.net platform.
  • Design and develop testing and maintenance procedures and activities.
  • Develop and write high quality coding that meets customer requirements.
  • Create software documentation and update existing documentation.
  • Design, develop and implement critical applications in a .Net environment.
  • Conduct debugging and testing.
  • Report progress to director and other team member
  • Commit to work for 6 contract and option to extend if required.
  • Assist and support other team members on multiple projects.

General Qualifications

  • D3 or S1 from reputable university/polytechnic.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Willing to work in Gading Serpong, Tangerang.
  • Willing to travel for temporary project assignments.

Technical Skills

  • Able to write clean and well-documented code.
  • Good understanding of .NET C# language.
  • Good understanding of ASP.NET using C# language.
  • Good understanding of slicing, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, jQuery UI, and other 3rd party components based-on jQuery.
  • Good understanding of Unified Modeling Language (UML) such as Use Case, and Class Diagram.
  • Good understanding of Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) such as MSSQL Server or Oracle DB or MySQL.
  • Good understanding in PHP and MySQL.¬†

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

  • Good communication skill both in Indonesia and English.
  • Team player and able to work under pressure
  • Self motivated and committed to deadlines

PURPOSE

Under the supervision of the Head of Organizational Development, the Safety Manager will be responsible as specialist about workplace safety and fire safety for all JIS campuses and properties. The Safety Manager will identify potential workplace safety and fire safety hazards and potential control measures. The Safety Manager will then take the lead in implementing the approved control measures, including ensuring that JIS complies with relevant legislation and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES
1. Diploma or Bachelor Degree
2. Previous experience for a minimum of 3-5 years in related field
3. Ability to communicate effectively in English and Indonesian
4. Ability to provide information and advice clearly and concisely both orally and in writing
5. Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point
6. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with people of different national and cultural backgrounds with sensitivity and respect
7. Good interpersonal skills, mature, honest, patient, calm during under pressure, compassionate and respectful to other people
8. Ability to treat sensitive issues in confidential manner
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the team to achieve common objectives
10. Ability to work with minimal supervision to use time efficiently and effectively, achieves objectives when under pressure, solve the problems and to monitor and adjust plans to meet changing circumstances.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be a specialist at JIS about workplace safety and fire safety issues on all JIS properties and campuses
  • Be a member of the Workplace Safety and Fire Safety committee
  • Be a member of the Risk Management committee
  • Assists the Facilities Office in managing workplace safety and fire safety equipment and infrastructure so that it remains operational and effective
  • Manages safety support to all JIS events
  • Manages safety support to the Facilities Project Office
  • Manages fire prevention and fire response
  • Manages safety investigations
  • ¬†Provides annual safety training to Host Country staff and contractors
  • Assists the Operations Manager in implementing a system that conducts annual safety surveys for faculty residences
  • ¬†Supports the Risk Management Office in managing the Campus Supervision System
  • Manages the JIS work permit process
  • Manages processes and database to record and archive all workplace safety and fire safety incidents, accidents, near misses, hazards and equipment faults
  • Be aware of the current and relevant International standards about workplace safety and fire safety legislation so that JIS can be fully informed to make a decision
  • Reviews and updates Standard Operating Procedures for Workplace Safety and Fire Safety
  • Ensures the dangerous materials are transported and stored appropriately and safely
  • Manages and improves relationships with the Indonesian workplace safety and fire safety agencies
  • Develops and maintains a peer network of Indonesian workplace safety and fire safety professionals
  • Identifies a personal development plans as part of the performance appraisal process
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager

x1 EMERGENCY RESPONSE TEAM SUPERINTENDENT (ERTS)

 

1.    Minimum 5 years working experience across mining or resources industry in a Senior Emergency Response role

2.    Experience in Underground Emergency Response operations highly desirable

3.    Hold First Aid level 3 certification

4.    Hold minimum Firefighting level D certification and having experience in structural Firefighting highly desirable

5.    Cyanide awareness experience highly desirable

6.    Knowledge of Working at Heights and working in Confined Spaces procedures
